Erich Senft Futures Trading, Fall 2012
Trading October 15th - NinjaTrader Indicators & Trading Systems

I’m watching the mini-Dow (YM), NASDAQ (NQ), 30 Year Bonds (ZB) and Crude (CL) and I’m watching them all for scalp, swing and trend trades. If you’re bad at math that’s a dozen charts! Most people would think this is impossible but DTS makes it fairly easy. The audio signals alert me to which charts are producing what kind of signal (scalp, swing, trend) and then I just need to decide if I’m going to take the trade or not. Obviously I get more than enough signals off 12 charts so I was trying to hold out for the “cherries” – and there were plenty of those today. Finished the morning up $705.

CFTC RULE 4.41 – HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT.
